What we collect when you order from or contact KLOWING, and what happens to it.
01 / What we collect
Order details (name, email, delivery address, organisation where supplied) and the contents of enquiries sent through the contact form.
02 / Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. KLOWING does not receive or store full card details.
03 / How we use it
To process and dispatch orders, keep order and batch records, and respond to enquiries. We do not sell personal data.
04 / Retention
Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and record-keeping purposes. Enquiries are kept while relevant.
05 / Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data through the contact page.
