Orders are accepted for delivery addresses within the United Kingdom. Enquiries about other destinations are handled case by case through the contact page.

Orders are prepared for dispatch on working days. Delivery timescales quoted by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Materials are shipped in laboratory packaging carrying the catalogue reference and lot marking. Check the outer packaging on receipt and report any damage before opening.

The delivery address supplied at checkout is used as entered. Where an organisation or laboratory name is given, it is added to the shipping label.
