Catalogue items are supplied as research materials. Product pages state the catalogue reference, product type, format and intended application. KLOWING does not publish analytical results, purity figures or other specifications unless that information has been produced for the specific lot supplied.

KLOW-001 is offered for legitimate laboratory research. KLOWING does not present it as a medicine, treatment, supplement or therapeutic product, and does not market it for personal, human or veterinary use. Nothing on this site constitutes a statement about the regulatory classification of any material.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their intended use, purchase, importation, possession and handling of any product complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Customers are responsible for the competence of the personnel handling materials and for the storage, handling and disposal arrangements at their own site.

Materials must not be administered to humans or animals, resold as a consumer product, or represented by the customer as a medicine, supplement or therapeutic product.

Orders are placed through the checkout on this site. Payment is taken at the time of order by card through our payment processor; KLOWING does not store card details. Prices are shown in GBP, with any applicable tax calculated at checkout. An order is accepted when it is dispatched.

Orders are dispatched within the United Kingdom to the address supplied at checkout. Delivery timescales are estimates. See the shipping page for details.

Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned in line with the returns policy. Opened materials cannot be returned for storage-integrity reasons.
