Returns

Unopened items in their original, undamaged packaging can be returned. Raise the return through the contact page before sending anything back.

Once packaging has been opened, material integrity can no longer be confirmed, so opened items cannot be accepted for return.

If an order arrives damaged, or does not match the catalogue reference ordered, contact us with the order reference and lot marking and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and checked.
